WDIR & Termite Inspection Reports
We provide Wood Destroying Insect Reports (WDIR) using the official NPMA-33 form, commonly required during real estate transactions. These inspections identify active infestations, evidence of previous infestations and structural damage. This inspection looks for evidence of all wood destroying insects including termites, wood borers, powder post beetles, carpenter ants and carpenter bees.
New Construction & Pre-Treat Services
For builders, contractors, and homeowners, we also offer pre-construction termite treatments and soil pretreatment services for new builds and additions. These services are documented using the NPMA-99B form, ensuring compliance for construction and structural protection standards.
